Write For Your Life
Marisol Ramos, M.A.
The arts have been proven to support overall emotional and mental health; expressive writing is a form of creative therapy. Write For Your Life (WFYL) is a multigenerational platform/App that allows people to submit stories, poems, journal entries, etc., related to self-preservation and community outreach. It takes individuals and collectives to improve the quality of life not only for us, but our families, neighbors, community members, and the overall city. In this WFYL world, equity and inclusion work leads us to become more accepting of others, to honor our differences and unique struggles, and to share our methods of overcoming adversity!
